joseph.olstadThanks for reporting, yes that's a bug, you can ignore it for now.
What version of php are you running when you get this error?
We will fix this asap.
Comment #3
trevorbradley commentedMy PHP version is 7.3.11. In retrospect, that does sound like a 7.3 error.
Looks like it's 7.3 isn't officially supported for D7 until next month. That's what I get for sharing D7 and D8 sites on the same server...
Thanks @joseph.olstad.

joseph.olstadHi Trevor, yes, this would occur if your contrib modules are not up to date and you are have not installed Drupal 7 core 7.x-dev. your D7 modules need to be updated and you should use the 7.x-dev version of Drupal core until the release next week 7.68
this should fix that warning.
However if that doesn't fix the warning, please let me know, try to find out what line number that is thrown from.
Table.php:789? what module or project is that from?Comment #5
trevorbradley commentedI'd prefer not to run dev core / modules on this site - is there any harm if I ignore the error?
Thorny question: Is it possible that 2.27 should have waited for 7.68 to be released?

solideogloria commentedI've seen this before. It's actually an issue with Drush.

lipsky commented@solideogloria #8 is talking about another error. This error happens when the site doesn't have the views module. The views_display doesn't exists in this case.
I would be neccesary add a validation for this. Something like this:
function file_entity_update_7227() {
if (db_table_exists('views_display')) {
...
}
}
