I'm developing payment modules for drupal commerce. Today I tried to release a new version, but when I'm trying to release the second module, I got information about the error, and I must wait x seconds.

This error is related to the new policy? It's possible to confirm my account?

Your account is already confirmed (not by me). That means that you should not be subject to throttling ("wait x seconds").

Can you please try again, and if you still get an error, please reproduce the exact error message here.
