I'm developing payment modules for drupal commerce. Today I tried to release a new version, but when I'm trying to release the second module, I got information about the error, and I must wait x seconds.

This error is related to the new policy? It's possible to confirm my account?

I am closing this issue, since it's a request to get the confirmed role, which has been already assigned.
If you get an error when committing code, please open a new issue. Chances are the issue needs to be fixed from the Drupal.org Infrastructure Team.
