Team Meeting 11/18/2019

Status of Girls Who Code donation
- Nick and Matthwe went through the 2019 budget and have finalized the donation amount.
- Nick will coordinate getting the donation from OMF to Girls Who Code

Camp dates
- Tentative dates are: 6/26-6/28, 8/14-8/16, 8/21-8/23
- These are Friday through Sunday, but we'll plan to send out a survey this week to the Drupal Colorado email list to gauge interestin Thursday through Saturday instead
- Everyone on the call liked the idea of the later August dates to hopefully get better attendance by putting the camp on once kids are back in school and everyone is back in their fall routine.

2020 venue update
- Nick was able to get in touch with our contact at King Center to confirm that we can't sign a contract until early December.
- Both August dates are confirmed available - Nick will follow up about Thursday-Saturday options.

2020 website update
- 2020 build is underway. Planning to launch when we get camp dates finalized.

Need one more person for code of conduct committee
- Still looking! Training would be covered by the camp.

Marketing and social check in
- Last week's Drupal Colorado newsletter got great feedback.
- Phil will work on putting together the marketing plan for next week.
