- Nick to set up call with Matthew to wrap this up

Camp dates
- Nick will put together a few date options based on camps that are already scheduled
- Nick will work on a survey to see how the community feels about Thursday-Saturday vs. Friday-Sunday

2020 venue update
- Nick will keep working on getting booking dates figured out

2020 website update
- Getting started with dev for the 2020 site, shooting to have it wrapped up by the end of this month

Need one more person for code of conduct committee
- Chris found some people at Aten who are interested in helping out here.

Marketing and social check in
- Second newsletter is ready to go out tomorrow (11/12)
- Landing page for newsletter sign up is ready to go
