This removes some so far overlooked deprecated API calls. Remaining are 8.7+ deprecations (file and entity display), our own deprecations and calls to that including the deprecated test base class.

Also fixed a while bunch of incorrect test namespaces and class names, these tests work with phpunit but not when run thorugh run-tests.sh, so I guess they haven't been running on d.o since I converted them.

And last, finally removed the 7.x-stye rules integration. If someone wants that, it's easier to just add it from scratch.
