The domready asset library is deprecated in Drupal 8.8 and is removed from Drupal 9.

The polyfill added in #1974580: Introduce domReady to remove jQuery dependency from drupal.js and clean it up. can be replaced with a single internal function that works for all of the browsers supported by Drupal core.
