In /admin/config/search/xmlsitemap is some multilangual sitemaps. But in http://promo.org.il/robots.txt function xmlsitemap_robotstxt() add only Sitemap: http://promo.org.il/sitemap.xml

This is the right behaviour. Adding sitemap.xml to robots.txt must be language-specific. The correct sitemap.xml is loaded for each language
