When rendering the field using "Full hierarchy" format and the link to term is checked it will return a non-translated term label

When selecting a field of type taxonomy term and choosing Full hierarchy format and selecting link to term the view returns the taxonomy term label in its default language.

the attached patch will return the translated taxonomy term label when selecting Full hierarchy and when the Link to term is checked.
