Description: 

JSON:API now serializes a user's display name under a new, read-only display_name field and the name field contains the raw, unaltered user name.

Previously, the name field contained the user's display name, which could be altered by hook_user_format_name_alter . If a JSON:API client then sent the same value back in a PATCH request, this would have updated the user's raw name to the altered value.

Now, a new, read-only JSON:API field named display_name has been added to user responses and the name field contains the actual user name.
