Problem/Motivation

If we choose to switch to Claro on our site, this will affect a site's upgrade path and so it would need to be documented in the CR/release note for the addition of Claro.

Proposed resolution

We require a documentation for the theme regions in Claro's as compared to Seven's referred in #3079738: Add Claro administration theme to core.
Add the documentation on the following URL

https://www.drupal.org/docs/8/core/themes/claro-theme

Regions are exactly the same as in Seven:

  • Header
  • Pre-content
  • Breadcrumb
  • Highlighted
  • Help
  • Content
  • Page top
  • Page bottom
  • First sidebar

Something that is interesting to note is that page top, page bottom, and first sidebar get only rendered on the maintenance page. This behavior is the same in Seven.

So what I assume we should document is that the regions are the same in both themes.

Let's also document provide some recommendations to users about which region we recommend placing some of the blocks. For example, tabs only work well when configured in a certain way.
