Problem/Motivation

I want to use civicrm with open social.

But civicrm/civicrm-core requires the package league/csv in version ^9.2
Open social requires league/csv in version ^8.2

I can change this in Open Social, but we also depend on drupal/csv_serialization module which requires league/csv ^8.0.

This needs to be done first before we can continue with this task:

Should be in the next minor 6.x release and the new major 7.0.
