The signature of Drupal\jsonapi\Context\FieldResolver::resolveInternalEntityQueryPath() has changed

In #3070204: Refactor the JSON:API FieldResolver to use a resource type instead of an entity type ID and bundle ID pair the signature of signature of Drupal\jsonapi\Context\FieldResolver::resolveInternalEntityQueryPath() was refactored to support upcoming features and capabilities in the JSON:API module.

Prior to this change, the signature was:

public function resolveInternalEntityQueryPath($entity_type_id, $bundle, $external_field_name)

After this change, the signature is:

public function resolveInternalEntityQueryPath(ResourceType $resource_type, $external_field_name)

In Drupal 9, using the latter argument set will be required and using the former argument set will cause a fatal error.
