While analysing, module is giving error for Options field.
( ! ) Fatal error: Cannot declare class Drupal\options\Plugin\migrate\field\d7\OptionWidgetsField, because the name is already in use in /var/www/html/docroot/core/modules/options/src/Plugin/migrate/field/d6/OptionWidgetsField.php on line 0

as I am also migrating Drupal 7 to Drupal 8.

That looks like a bug in core. The class has the wrong namespace.

File core/modules/options/src/Plugin/migrate/field/d6/OptionWidgetsField.php:

namespace Drupal\options\Plugin\migrate\field\d7;

use Drupal\migrate_drupal\Plugin\migrate\field\FieldPluginBase;

/**
 * @MigrateField(
 *   id = "optionwidgets",
 *   core = {6},
 *   source_module = "optionwidgets",
 *   destination_module = "options"
 * )
 */
class OptionWidgetsField extends FieldPluginBase {}

The filepath is d6, but the namespace is d7.
