Problem/Motivation

StUF-BG prefill is broken because of a wrong fieldmapping to dvg_authentication. See #3068464: Rename kvk_vestigings_nummer to kvk_department_number for more information.

I have found a small issue in the original patch from 3068464.
We should create new patches for DvG when there is a new patch in the original issue.

The patch from #4 contained a wrong reference, so I've recreated the patch with the correct url.

The original issue is now RTBC and the patch from #5 adds the latest patch to DvG.
