Sponsorship updates
- Working on getting a couple last minute sponsorships setup!

Summit updates
- Registration is looking good
- Working on last minute outreach

Training updates
- Need to continue working on promotions

Catering updates
- We have our order in for box lunches on Friday
- Coffee is finalized
- Don't need to put the pizza order in just yet, but we have what we need

Marketing updates
- Training email is out
- Facebook events are created for trainings and summits
- Shirts are ordered!
- Badges are ordered!
- Working on stickers next

Website updates
- Attendee report is reday to go
- Working on troubleshooting/fixing commerce issue

Contrib day updates
- Things are going well, issue audit will happen next weekend
- Need to confirm that maintainers are still on board

Day of updates
- Gregg and Amanda will bring power strips on Friday, they may need someone to collect on Sunday
- Need to keep promoting room monitor positions
- Need to buy stickers for photo willingness

Sessions and schedule
- Session schedule is planned and will be live on the site this week
