On the Webmaster project page, it says:

it is probably a good idea to subscribe to the webmasters mailing list

However, there is no trace of a "webmasters mailing list" on the linked page.

If this mailing list exists, add an subscription option to the linked page.
Otherwise, remove the reference to it on the project page.

Yes, the mailing list has been totally changed. Once, there was a page listing all the possible mailing lists that allowed to select to which mailing list to subscribe. I remember I subscribed to the webmasters one, to receive emails sent to webmasters for help from them.

It seems there is now a single mailing list, with a different purpose, so the link to that page doesn't serve the purpose it had in the past.

Removed that phrase, as there isn't anymore a way to subscribe to a mailing list getting emails asking for help to webmasters.
