Add a maintainer

In April, Kanopi Studios committed to sponsoring the Easy Breadcrumb contributed project. While I am on the Kanopi team, I propose that Jason Savino be added as a co-maintainer so when/if security issues come forward, he is able to assist. As a maintainer, he will be sent emails and have access to the issues needed to help with the security of the project.

Thanks
