We are using outdated api url for is.gd and it does not work. They mention here clearly the url which needs to be used to use their service https://is.gd/apishorteningreference.php
Creating a patch which updates the url.

Yes, the new URL for the shortening service is https://is.gd/create.php, as described in URL Shortening API Reference.
