I was trying to upload/import a CSV file mapped to a taxonomy term and with getting to the progress bar stage, I got this error message:
"Access denied. You are not authorized to access this page." See the attached screenshot.

I'm using Drupal 7 on a cpanel host. On wamp localhost I didn't get this sort of error. Any leads to resolve this is appreciated.

#82 in this post https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/434032#comment-9683907 pointed me in right direction: my https and htaccess set up had to be reviewed. Works now
