Regular Expression Path Matching

I am shutting down a module I created (Legacy Path) that duplicates most of the functionality in Path Redirect, and I am sending users to this module instead.

I believe the only feature that Legacy Path offered that Path Redirect does not is path matching on a regular expression. The code tht handles this in Legacy Path might be useful for Path Redirect:

I am attaching the last release of Legacy Path since releases for that module have been unpublished.
