Even though I have admin/* on my do not show TinyMCE list, TinyMCE attempts to load when editing Panels 2, custom content, and breaks the page (constantly loading white screen).

This version of TinyMCE is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
