Package abraham/twitteroauth has gone into the 1.x range for it's version (https://github.com/abraham/twitteroauth/releases)

Currently the `composer.json` with this module allows as high up as 0.9.2.

Attached patch ups the version number up to ^1.0.

It also updates some of the links which are currently still referring to the sandbox.
