Allow syncs from the toolbar

Would be cool to see the current Tome status from the toolbar and have a quick sync button.

For the status, let's just set a state variable with the last Tome export (config or content), vs. the last Tome Sync. Easier than doing some AJAX nonsense to run and parse git status again and again every page load.
