Currently there is no method to just return a Proxy Ticket.

What we have is \Drupal\cas\Service\CasProxyHelper::proxyAuthenticate that requests the Proxy Ticket but then goes on processing and it ends returning cookies from the proxied service in a CookieJar object.

In our case we just need the Proxy Ticket.

I'm submitting a patch that has the new getProxyTicket() method using code originally in \Drupal\cas\Service\CasProxyHelper::proxyAuthenticate. Then the later method uses the new one.
