Change ownership of "Burst"

Good morning,

The ownership of our agency changed about 4 years ago. As the current owner of our page is an old partner, we can't update the page, which is very outdated and contains a wrong address.

Would it be possible to change the owner of "Burst" (https://www.drupal.org/burst) to the user "Burst" (uid 3484913)?
