Request for 'confirmed' role

Hi there,

I wanted to add a comment to a Drupal issue (Cannot rename tmp_2362aemenu_link_content_revision to menu_link_content_revision) but after succesfully passing the captcha, my comment is not shown but some warning about confirmation process instead.

Could you please explain me what I need to do in order for me to be able to post comments?
