Replace dvg_digid and related modules by the "new" dvg_authentication module.

Also adds support for eHerkenning, eIDAS and various usability improvements for external authentication.

Migrate to dvg_authentication.

This includes dvg_authentication version 1.0, which does not yet exist. But it will exist before this patch is committed ;)

We've already used this patch without any problems on a couple of production websites. In time we should replace the dependency on the dvg_authentication_tmp_mapping module with a dependency on dvg_authentication. But for now this should be fine.
