Request for 'confirmed' user role

@pegwende l can you confirm if this account is individual (or) group account ?

User confirmed themselves as a real user when I reached out to them via the contact form.

We should not confirm users who just posted the request to be confirmed. (Also, the status is Fixed, since the account has been confirmed.)

I had sent the user a message through the contact page on Drupal.org and they confirmed with a message back.

That would show that the user has set up an email from which can read messages.

I would be extra-cautious on confirming a user basing on a single post, since:

• You cannot see there are unpublished posts from a user
• The anti-spam system unpublishes the suspicious posts
• There have been spammers who applied for the confirmed role while at the same time they were spamming on a sub-site like api.drupal.org
