Default entity_embed filter weight changed, ensures maximum compatibility

To ensure compatibility with the filter_align, filter_caption and filter_html_image_secure filters in Drupal core, the default weight of the entity_embed filter was changed. It must run last, and as such, it received a default of 100.

We cannot reliably automatically update this for you, since it's possible that on particular sites you have a need for a custom filter to run even later.

If you're encountering problems with alignment, captioning or images being stripped, go to /admin/config/content/formats, click your Text Format, and move the Entity Embed filter to be last.
