Problem

The manage members PR excluded the page from properly rendering blocks:

The same happened in the PR for Manage Enrollments: https://github.com/goalgorilla/open_social/pull/1168

I'm unsure why this was done.

The related issue shows how this displays incorrectly. That issue should be fixed as well because the tag block shouldn't show up here but a site could have other blocks that they want displayed here that should work as normal.

Solution

Don't do this.
