I have used splashify module.
this is working fine without admin login but admin login after modal loading only not showing contain in modal
so please quick update this issue fixed on my side

Hi,
I'm facing this too on my website. But not on another.. Content is the same

Same issue is happening to me.

I can see the content in a lightbox when viewing anonymously. However, when logged in, I get an endless spinning loading animation. Occasionally, after several seconds or minutes, the content will load. But at other times, the tab will go overnight (hours) just showing the loading animation.
