Problem/Motivation

After Installing Umami, viewing articles and recipes in Spanish - show all the content in English, except the taxonomies which are displayed in English.

Proposed resolution

The Spanish content already exists in the CSV files, we only need to add the configuration that will allow the taxonomies fields in recipe and article content types to be translated.

Committed and pushed dbcaaea786 to 8.8.x and d53ba18364 to 8.7.x. Thanks!

Backported to 8.7.x as this is an eligible bugfix. I could not install Umami in spanish without remove all of the translated blocks but that is a separate issue.
