Travis testing has started failing as from today, with

Remaining deprecation notices (2)
2x: Drupal::url() is deprecated as of Drupal 8.0.x, will be removed before Drupal 9.0.0. Instead create a \Drupal\Core\Url object directly, for example using Url::fromRoute()
2x in SchedulerStatusReportTest::testStatusReport from Drupal\Tests\scheduler\Functional

The tests fail at core 8.7 and 8.8 but not at 8.6

Here's the fix to SchedulerStatusReportTest. The patch also includes a (temporary) change to drupalci.yml to show deprecations.
