Sponsorship updates
- Follow ups happening this week. Outstanding invoices and potential sponsors he hasn't heard from.
- Nick to follow up with Ben about payment being received.

Summit updates
- In contact with a few people about the library summit. Have done personal outreach to last year's attendees and on various listservs.
- Follow up to be scheduled about non-profit summit. Also working on outreach list.
- Still need to reach out about higher ed.

Catering updates
- Reached out to three caterers for quotes and expecting them back this week.

Marketing updates
- Olivia is helping with camp social media now
- Trying to keep things more active in general
- DCCO 2019 is now set up as an event on facebook
- Working to build Twitter following
- Working on updated stickers based on last year's shirt design
- Sending more postcards out

Website updates
- Registrations are ready to be announced publicly
- James to start working on session submissions this week
- Nick to update registration copy and add photo of quilt
