Request for 'confirmed' role

I've tried posting a reply to a question on a thread, which was directed at me. I've tried 4 times and have been rejected each time.

Our company brand sites are currently hosted at Acquia and we are running on Drupal 8. On an old version of Drupal 8.4.0 which is in dire need of security updates which are available in newer releases. I'm frantically trying to get assistance to get this done, and not being able to post in the community forums is hindering our progress.

Please help.
