Problem/Motivation

We stumble on the problem for multilingual sites which have i18n_variable module enabled. In this case, it seems that eu_cookie_compliance_update_7008() will update just global variable storage and not language realm storages. Because of this info_template settings will be empty and no template will be used at all resulting in empty sliding popup element.

Proposed resolution

Add update function that is covering this case.
