co-maintainer request

tamasd, thanks. I will try to get in touch with nerdstein, who has been maintaining 8.x-3.x. I have time I could devote to 8.x-3.x, and it looks like nerdstein is on hiatus from working on this module. If he has little time for this module or would like, I will start going through the RTBC issues and work toward a 8.x-3.x beta release. We can go from there on the co-maintainership request. Sound good?

I contacted nerdstein via the contact form just now.

nerdstein said yesterday he had been working on other things, but he and others are looking at Password Policy and planning to get a new release out. I will try to help with 8.x-3.x too.

I think we'll see how it goes and if more maintainership help is needed we will evaluate any maintainership requests on the basis of contributions. Hope that sounds good. Thanks for prodding us along.

Postponed is probably more appropriate.

I intend to review some RTBC patches for commit in the coming week (unless nerdstein gets to them first). I needed to set up a new development environment for Drupal 8, which took some time.
