Patch still applies, and fixes all occurrences "identifed" in this module. Note that string changes ARE allowed between minor point release in D8. No reason to delay committing this!

Patch no longer applies because one of these misspelling was fixed in #2894095: Enabling a flag adds session cookies to anonymous users.

Here's a re-roll.

Any reason not to just commit this?
