This project allows adding alternate hreflang for external sites
(not languages in Drupal).
This project requires metatag project and to complete it just access your metatag configuration and you'll check a new field called "External Hreflang".
Scenario: We have a site in Drupal for one country / market and it's other country sites are managed by different team or may it is separate Drupal installation.
Site 1: US with languages EN, ES, FR
Site 2: UK with language EN
Site 3: FR with languages EN, FR
Now if we want to add reference (hreflang) of FR of Site 3 in Site 1, this module is for you.
