Allow stores, promotions to be duplicated

Once #3042255: Allow Commerce bundle entities to be duplicated is done, we can proceed to stores and promotions, which are a logical next step.

For promotions we need to ensure that createDuplicate() removes coupon references, we can't transfer coupons to the duplicate since they are unique.
