Attached patch adds schema yml file for this reference value pair field type, necessary to avoid exceptions during testing. This patch removes also unused settings from ReferenceValueSelectWidget (size_er, placeholder_er and match_operator, only needed in ReferenceValueAutocompleteWidget).
