Problem/Motivation

As a content administrator, I may want to manually override the order of the Articles view.

Proposed resolution

Add a new view block that contains a draggable view that orders both blocks so content editors and administrators can reorder the results

Removed RSS page display from the bpg_articles view, as it was causing issues when clicking the Save Order button (form was submitting to the /feed page).

Works as expected, but the config has uuid and core uuid in there. Those lines should be removed.
