Most of templates are currently hardcoded and not passed through theme layer i.e. it's impossible to copy and override them in your custom theme.

This patch makes use of theme layer instead of rendering the default module's templates.
It also renames some templates for the sake of consistency.

Please don't get too excited about stripping css classes (as I did), some of them are vital for JS/Ajax to function properly.

Copy default templates to your theme
Modify templates in your theme
Check if everything works as expected
