I would like to become a co-maintainer of the XML Sitemap, and leave the module ready for Drupal 9

Now active contributors are Dave Reid and pifagor and RenatoG. In my opinion, the module does not need new Co-maintainer.
Contributing to module development does not require maintainer rights.
