Request for 'confirmed' user role

Hello,

My name is Adrian Tomasenco, I'm the Director of Operations, Europe, for Insomniac Design Inc.
We have registered yesterday as an organization, paid the membership fee, however I'm having issues creating an Organization Page and account for the company. When I try creating an organization page it says that I have no permission. The reason why we need this is for our employees to be able to link their personal Drupal.org accounts to this main company account.
