Please remove module "Permission Matrix" machine name "permission_matrix" and "TFA GA TOTP" machine name "tfa_ga_totp" and all of the releases as there are some License issue with these module.

Can you describe the issues here? We don't normally remove modules once they are published.

We don't delete projects with committed code and releases. In the case of license issues, you need to provide more details.

Our client is raising the issue as we developed the modules at the same time while we were working for the client so they are asking to remove the code from community. Please remove the same so we can resolve the issue with client.

This is not how open source software works. We, at my company use one of these modules. These modules are public information released under a license called the GPL. Since others have the source code, they can put them on github or even back on drupal.org.

Should you no longer want to maintain these modules Drupal has a method to transfer them. However, they are out there and should not be removed.
