Hello,

I would like to propose the addition of an extraction plugin for Tika JAX-RS Server.
In some cases it can be up to 5 times faster than tika-app according to some of my tests.

I am also open to make a backport to D7, if you are interested.

for existing sites a hook update N is needed so that the config form is working out of the box (i'll add it)
