Salesforce Push module exposes a "standalone" mechanism, so that push queue can be processed outside of cron.
Would be cool to have similar for pull.

In this patch:

  • new "pull_standalone" property on mapping schema
  • new PullController class and new routes to expose standalone pull endpoints
  • new methods on MappingStorage to load standalone pull mappings
  • new method in QueueHandler to facilitate force-pull of a single record
  • updated test
