#3012342: Replace user module PrivateTempStore with core PrivateTempStore made changes to \Drupal\feeds\Plugin\Action\DeleteFeed and \Drupal\feeds\Form\DeleteMultiple. When trying out the patch from #7 there, a manual test revealed that it broke the bulk deletion of feeds.

Therefore the action "feeds_feed_delete_action" needs test coverage.

Patch will follow.
