When you use the toolbar on the left (or for instance admin toolbar contrib module), the link to Tome static points to 'admin/config'.
I think I flushed caches 3 times before I realized this was a tiny bug :)

Patch coming up.

Thanks @swentel! I changed the paths around a bit so breadcrumbs work and Tome follows the /admin/config pattern - mind giving it a review?
